The center includes waiting and reception areas, offices, a study library, 40 patient care rooms, treatment areas, a student lounge, Western and Chinese natural medicine dispensaries and 2,500 feet of retail space.

Bastyr is LEED-CI (commercial interiors) Certified. Green features include sustainable cork and linoleum floors, an enhanced mechanical air venting system and low-VOC adhesives, paints and materials.
