Redevelopment of a 14-acre site adjacent to I-90 to house a relocated auto dealership. CollinsWoerman obtained a conditional use permit by undergoing a lengthy process of negotiation with the City of Bellevue. Careful planning salvaged the majority of the existing building, avoiding waste.
