The Seattle Biomedical Research Institute Building is the first speculative research building in the Puget Sound region built specifically to support biomedical research. CollinsWoerman has also designed lab and administrative space tenant improvements for the institute (53,000 sf) and Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center (47,000 sf).

  • 120,000 sf, including 15,000 sf of retail and two floors of below-grade parking
  • Earned LEED® -CS Silver Certification – the nation's first lab building to receive LEED®; certification under the LEED-CS pilot program
