A three-building Class A office campus for Schnitzer West on a 14.6-acre Eastgate site. Two of the buildings are connected by a 25-foot high, 100-foot long glass roof atrium space that contains amenities such as an oversized fireplace, a water feature, and wide-screen flat panel monitors. Microsoft recently leased the entire campus, with occupancy expected in 2009.
- Floor plates for each of the seven-story buildings average 24,000 sf
- Parking for 1,800 cars: 1,455 of structured parking (including an eight-and-a-half-level parking garage and a single level of sub-grade parking beneath each building)
