Redevelopment of an existing industrial property into 120,000 sf world headquarters, office, and high tech manufacturing facility for a world leader specializing in expanding the fatigue life of holes in metal structures. Located within an area characterized by plain, concrete tilt-up warehouses, the visually striking building is distinguished by a specially designed curved roof with exposed trusses, as well as a two-story glass lobby and gallery area.
