Redevelopment of a 14-acre site adjacent to I-90 to house a relocated auto dealership. CollinsWoerman obtained a conditional use permit by undergoing a lengthy process of negotiation with the City of Bellevue. Careful planning salvaged the majority of the existing building, avoiding waste.

• 72,500 sf main building and 2,500 sf new vehicle detailing building
• 20,800 sf showroom, 63 service bays, offices, espresso bar and parts/retail departments
• 760 stalls of surface parking for customers and new cars
