Two-story office building designed for Port Blakely Communities’ “Life Style Center” in the Issaquah Highlands. The building contains 15,500 sf of office space on the second floor for Port Blakely Communities, and an additional 4,200 sf of office space on the lower floor for lease. The lower floor also provides 25 parking stalls in 10,000 sf of at-grade space beneath the second floor.
