Description:
This position is responsible for administering all phases of project from initial design concepts through construction. Will be expected to coordinate with other Project Managers to maximize staff utilization and the success of other projects. In addition to management skills, the Project Manager is to be knowledgeable with all aspects of technical and design skills related to projects.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities will include budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, specification, and developing working drawings on a given project with responsibility for full client interface and authority to direct, control and monitor all activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural license (breadth of individual experience may replace registration), advance knowledge of construction materials, standards and codes. Previous supervisory and personnel management skills are highly desirable. CADD proficiency is a plus. An ideal individual will have 10 plus years of successful experience working on Healthcare projects as a Project Manager.
