Phase One: 52,319 sf, three-story medical office building and associated tenant improvements. Building features a two-story entry lobby, ambulatory surgery center, and medical offices.

Phase two: 49,000 sf three-story medical office building as an addition to the Allenmore campus including a 14,000 sf endoscopy center. In addition to architectural design, CollinsWoerman also provided pre-design, programming, structural, civil and landscape services.
