Four-level tenant improvement of 130,000 sf that relocates the Group Health Cooperative's Headquarters to South Lake Union. The design focuses on vertically connecting the space and utilizing natural daylight. Earned a LEED® Gold –CI (commercial interiors) Certification rating.
