CollinsWoerman was asked to provide fresh insight into the redevelopment of this partially-completed WPPSS nuclear power plant to attract and protect diverse technological and manufacturing uses. The resulting master plan leverages the facility’s existing infrastructure and high tech uses to create a series of business district “quads” that complement industrial uses (some of which reuse existing structures) on other sections of the site.
