Quendall Landing Master Plan

CollinsWoerman helped the City of Renton and Boeing Realty develop a conceptual vision that would take advantage of a unique opportunity to reposition the largest piece of lakefront property in the region for the new century. 

Phase I of the vision called for the redeployment of 150 acres of Boeing “surplus” real estate to support 3 to 4 million sf of mixed-use development (including 1,000 residential units) and 1.4 million sf of research and development facilities.
