Since January of 2005, CollinsWoerman has been directly involved with strategic positioning to help guide the redevelopment of 250 contiguous waterfront acres into a thriving extension of Bellingham’s downtown community. Under development as one of the nation’s first LEED-ND (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development) projects, 250 acres.
