CollinsWoerman led a tailor-made process that aligned the city and a wide range of often polarized stakeholders to an authentic solution comprised of seven distinct mixed-use districts (across 325 acres), each supported by amenities and connecting signature streets. The resulting vision enhances downtown Bellevue’s position as the heart of the Eastside by creating a more pedestrian-oriented environment that reduces the city’s “super block” (600’x600’) scale and enhances the identities of its component neighborhoods.
Since completing the DIP, CollinsWoerman has gone on to implement a number of large-scale building projects in the City of Bellevue, including 989elements, TEN20, VUE, and Washington Square.
