Roswell Downtown Redevelopment Project Management Plan, Roswell ID

Outside of Washington, Tom Hudson coordinated the development of a plan for a major ($7+ million) downtown capital improvement project for this famed city.

Through these efforts, state, county and local governments worked closely with the Main Street organization, downtown property owners, businesses and residents to implement phased project elements.

CollinsWoerman engaged the entire community in supporting the project. Festivals, events, circulation systems, signage, parking, education, public information, emergency services, resource programs for affected businesses, and media campaigns were among the many elements incorporated into the plan.
