City of Twin Falls Community-based Strategic Downtown Plan

Tom Hudson was project manager for this planning process and subsequent implementation. The focus is development of Twin Falls’ city center, its industrial area and Rock Creek Canyon, a major natural feature running through the district.

The City has endorsed our community-based approach, in which citizens are systematically engaged in all facets of planning and decision-making. Primary issues being addressed are commercial and industrial development, downtown revitalization, housing, parking and open space. Nearly all recommendations have been funded and implemented.
