CollinsWoerman designed these tenant buildouts concurrently with the shell and core of the building containing them – the Seattle Biomedical Research Institute Building in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. SBRI’s facilities include five floors of lab and support space for research in infectious diseases; Children’s consisted of clinical research and lab space on two floors. The two users share the building’s vivarium and glass wash spaces.
