The Seattle Biomedical Research Institute Building is the first speculative research building in the Puget Sound region built specifically to support biomedical research. CollinsWoerman has also designed lab and administrative space tenant improvements for the institute (53,000 sf) and Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center (47,000 sf).
