CollinsWoerman was instrumental in delivering this highly complex adaptive reuse of a 1928 warehouse building from inception to Certificate of Occupancy on budget and within record time (design, permitting, demolition, new construction and phase one occupancy within seven months). 60,000 sf, including state-of-the-art laboratories, DNA sequencing facilities and lab support space.
