CollinsWoerman partnered with accounting firm Clark Nuber on a 37,656 SF tenant improvement to update and refresh their office space on levels 7 and 8 of the City Center Plaza building in Bellevue, Washington. The redesigned space features a large open reception area with an internal stairway, a spacious kitchen connected to a game lounge, and multiple meeting rooms of varying sizes, including flex/phone rooms and wellness spaces. The space showcases a variety of flooring, ceiling, and wall finishes that meet Class A office standards, reflecting the client’s sophisticated identity.
