Team Breaks Ground on Bellevue's Four106
Patrinely's Four106 project in Bellevue broke ground last week at the corner of Northeast Fourth Street. CollinsWoerman is the architect of this 21-story, 480,000 SF office tower. The team is targeting for LEED Gold certification and aims to complete the project by the end of 2024.
