Currently in the design phase, Kirkland Urban South will consist of seven levels of office above a seven screen movie theatre and 10,000 sf of retail. With 700 below grade parking stalls, this LEED Gold project will include an interconnecting stair in the atrium, as well as an open-air pedestrian skybridge to the existing Kirkland Urban campus.
