Who We Are Looking For

You are a creative, collaborative, passionate, dynamic and articulate designer with a strong sense of aesthetics and a relentless commitment to quality. This position involves creating relevant design solutions for our broad range of healthcare projects, shepherding projects from concept and research through implementation on time and on budget. You are a diplomatic, confident, and dynamic presenter who excels at explaining your vision to diverse stakeholders and engaging them in that vision. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to building strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and documentation of healthcare interiors projects
  • Develop and implement relevant and innovative design solutions that meet and exceed clients’ needs
  • Conduct programming, healthcare planning, and material and furniture specification
  • Provide full scope interior design services, from concept through construction
  • Produce and manage Revit documentation and QA for all interior design related project items
  • Understand, stay current with, and ensure compliance with all code requirements (municipal, state, UBC and ADA)
  • Responsible for coordination of internal disciplines and external consultants to deliver projects successfully
  • Prepare and present design concepts to clients and participate in marketing efforts
Desired Skills and Experience

Proven design background covering all aspects of interior design; branding knowledge; sensitivity to color and materials, furniture selection and specification; understanding of global markets; knowledge of the latest industry trends; knowledge of project management framework and process.

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture (required)
  • +10 years relevant experience in an architecture or interior design firm (required)
  • NCIDQ certification and professional registration (preferred)
  • Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop experience (required)
  • LEED AP (preferred)
  • Experience managing contracts
Estimated Base Pay Range

The estimated annual compensation for this role is anticipated to be between $75,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation for this role will be based on a number of factors, including experience level, skills, and qualifications.
